• A checkmark within the open circle

A tick mark appears within the open circle when a message goes through successfully. Although the app updates conversations quickly, the message may take a while to reach the recipient. If the user doesn’t have a stable internet connection, the text will get to them as soon as they’re back online.

• A checkmark within a filled-in circle
