How To View Who Liked Your TikTok Videos

TikTok is the app where everybody posts and views short videos ranging from 15 seconds to 3 minutes. If you are a new TikTok user, you will see that most people you follow or watch on TikTok have “likes” in the form of hearts on the right side of their video.

How To View Who Liked Your TikTok Videos

After some time, you’ll find yourself liking, commenting, and sharing TikToks too. And maybe you’d wonder how many likes you’d get if you posted a video. But if you post a TikTok, where can you check who and how many people liked it?

This article will walk you through finding out who liked your videos and suggest ways to get more likes.

How to See Who Liked One of Your TikTok Videos

Fortunately, it is possible to see who liked a particular video you’ve posted. Rather than scrolling through endless notifications, you can go straight to the video and see the other users.

Here’s how to see who liked one of your TikTok videos:

  1. Open TikTok and tap on your profile icon in the lower right-hand corner.
  2. Tap on the video where you’d like to see who liked it.
  3. Tap on the Comment icon to the right.
  4. Tap on Likes.
  5. Here, you will see a list of the users who liked that video.

You can follow the steps above to see which users liked each video you’ve posted. But, if you want more information about likes to grow your TikTok profile, you can switch to a Creator account to see more helpful analytics.

How to See All of Your TikTok Likes on an iPhone

TikTok includes a feature that lets you keep track of who has liked your video on both iPhone and Android phones. You can also view how many people have seen and commented on your TikTok.

This is a convenient option if you want to check how your videos are received. You’ll find out what the general public thinks about them and apply their feedback to better the content.

Follow these steps to see who liked your video on an iPhone:

  1. Open the TikTok app.
  2. Next to the “+” button, tap the “Notification” button.
  3. Tap All Activity at the top.
  4. Tap Likes.

Filtering TikTok notifications to show only likes will make it easier for you to see the users who liked your content rather than sifting through all of your notifications. If you want to see other types of activity, follow the same steps above but select the appropriate option.

Scrolling through all of those notifications might be time-consuming. However, that is the only way to see the names of those who liked your TikToks. You can check out their profile by clicking on their name. You can even repay the favor by liking some of their videos.

How to See All of Your Likes on Android

The Android app works in the same way as the iPhone app. The steps to see your TikTok likes on your Android app are the following:

  1. Open the TikTok application.
  2. Tap the “Notification” button next to the “+” button.
  3. Tap on All Activity at the top of the page.
  4. Tap on Likes.
  5. Scroll through the list reviewing your likes.

Now, you can see who liked all of your videos. But, unfortunately, you can’t see who liked individual videos. If you want to check new followers, comments, or another notifcation type, select the corresponding option in the list.

How to See Who Liked Your TikTok Videos on a PC

You can access TikTok on your PC using your web browser. Log into your account to watch videos, like, comment and share, but you can also see your notifications and likes. To see who liked your TikTok video using your PC, follow these steps:

  1. Open TikTik using your web browser and log into your account.
  2. You will see some icons next to your profile picture in the top right corner. Click the notification icon.
  3. Click on Likes at the top of the notifcation pop-up. Then, scroll through the notifications to see who liked your video.

Not Enough Likes? Try This

TikTok is a social media platform that has a unique algorithm. The number of likes depends on your content and how many people have seen your video. Everybody’s “For You Page” is unique because of the algorithm. It only shows the videos that they might find interesting according to the data TikTok has collected about the user.

So this means that the number of followers you have will help you get more likes and how well your video fits in the algorithm. If you are not satisfied with the number of likes you’ve received, you can try some of the following tips.

Interact With Others

Ensure that you like other creators’ content if you want to gain a lot of likes. You can receive “a like for a like.” Also, users will recognize you and check out your profile if you like and engage with other creators’ videos.

Make Content That You Enjoy

Creating TikToks about themes you enjoy is one of the most entertaining and interesting ways to get likes on TikTok. As a result, you will love making the content, and people who watch it will also appreciate it. This leads to a positive impression and a desire to see more of your content.

Follow Trends

There are always sounds and types of videos that are trending. This means that a lot of people are watching and creating a specific kind of TikTok video. By jumping on the bandwagon, your video will be more favored by the algorithm, and consequently, more people will see it. If you add an original spin to the trend, you are on the right track to gaining more likes.

Promote Your Account

Use other social media platforms to promote your TikTok account. You can publish a link to your videos on your social networking platforms or invite other followers to check out your TikTok account. They will undoubtedly follow you and like your videos if they enjoy what they see.

Check Your Account Setting

Make sure that your account is public. Only the people who follow you can see and like your videos if you have a private account. Also, allow stitches and duets on your videos. If someone likes your video and duets or stitches it, their audience will also see your video. Those who do can check out your profile and other videos and like them.

Additional FAQs

Can I see who visited my profile?

Unfortunately, no. In the earlier days of TikTok, we could see who viewed our profile in the Notifications section. But those alerts no longer exist. The only real way to know if someone viewed your profile is if they like or comment on several videos in a short time.

Can I see what videos another user liked?

Yes, depending on their privacy settings. Some users prefer to keep this information private, while others don’t mind if you see what they’ve enjoyed on the app.

All you need to do is visit their profile and click on the heart icon. If their liked videos are public, you will see their liked videos. If they’ve made them private, TikTok will let you know they’ve chosen not to disclose that information.

If you want to make your liked videos private, head to Settings>Privacy>Liked Videos>Only Me.

How do I check my video watch history?

There is no direct way to do this within the TikTok app, but there is a workaround. Check out our full guide on viewing your TikTok video watch history
