Roblox is the home of many Experiences, or what the developers call player-made games using the Roblox engine. One of the most popular Experiences is Adopt Me, especially with its family-friendly and cheerful theme. Besides raising pets and building houses, you can use codes to get extra goodies.
Like many other Roblox games, you can use codes to redeem rewards. Unfortunately, as of July 2022, the feature has been removed from the game. Find out more about the situation below.
Adopt Me Roblox Codes
In the past, you could enter codes when playing Adopt Me and redeem Bucks, the Experience’s in-game standard currency. The process was straightforward and went like this.
- Launch Adopt Me on your platform of choice.
- Join a session.
- Look for the Twitter button on the right side of the screen.
- Tap or click it to bring up a textbox.
- Enter or paste any active codes.
- Submit and redeem the rewards in-game.
Sadly, this beloved feature is now gone. The Twitter button only shows the social media accounts for Adopt Me, where you can find out the latest news. There is a Twitter account and YouTube channel, and you can only press the “Okay” button to exit.
Some of the expired past codes included the following.
- SUMMERBREAK
- SUMMERSALE
- 1B1LL1ONV1S1TS
- M0N3YTR33S
- GIFTUNWRAP
- DiscordFTW
- Subbethink
- SEAcreatures
All of these, except for the last one, would let you redeem Bucks. The final code’s reward remains a mystery to this day, and no new working codes have been released since code redemption was removed.
With this information in mind, please don’t fall for any new “codes” like the ones some YouTubers spread. They don’t exist, nor will any such things be real until Adopt Me’s developers make it so. If someone requires your username and password for redeeming codes, stop talking to them and report them if possible.
If the person sending you codes isn’t scamming you, they’re likely only confused or hopeful this feature will return. You just have to explain that these are now a thing of the past.
Adopt Me Roblox Codes for Pets
There are currently no codes for Adopt Me pets. Even when codes were a thing in the Experience, most of them were for Bucks only. Until new codes for redeeming free pets are released by developers, any others you see are fake.
Adopt Me Roblox Music Codes
On the other hand, music codes do exist for all of Roblox, including Adopt Me. You needed a DJ Gamepass to play custom music in your Adopt Me house. There is yet another problem with this fundamental aspect of Roblox.
In the past, players could listen to their favorite tracks in Adopt Me. On January 6, 2022, the DJ Gamepass was entirely removed from the Experience. Now, there is no longer way to play custom music in Adopt Me.
If you play other Roblox Experiences that have some form of music Gamepass or free player, here are some of the latest music codes for 2022. They’re confirmed to be working as of writing time.
- 341411977 – 랩몬스터(Jungkook) & 정국(RM) of BTS – Fools (Cover)
- 1259050178 – A Roblox Rap – Merry Christmas Roblox
- 130775431 – Epic Sax Guy
- 189825748 – Survive The Night from Five Nights At Freddy’s 2
- 1325149363 – OOFer Gang
- 3106151105 – What’s Up Danger from Spider-Man Into the Spider-Verse
- 7081437616 – Industry Baby by Lil Nas X
An exhaustive list would be too long for our purposes here, but these are only a tiny sampling of the latest codes. Remember that Roblox doesn’t allow custom audio to be heard by others, so it’s only audible to you.
The reason why Roblox music codes are slowly being deleted is due to copyright issues. Many of these songs are uploaded to the game without permission from the artists. You’re potentially committing piracy unless the particular audio track is in the public domain or licensed for fair use.
Therefore, there may come a day when custom audio uploaded to Roblox Experiences are only authorized sound effects. Until then, you can still enjoy music codes in specific Experiences.
The way you listen to music in Roblox is by equipping your boombox or similar device.
- In Roblox, open your music-playing device.
- Bring up the music player menu.
- Paste or enter a working music code.
- Click or tap on play.
- Enjoy the music.
Boomboxes cost Robux to buy in some Experiences, and the amount to pay varies too.
Twilight Days
2022 is unlucky for Adopt Me players and Roblox fans in general, as the former Experience’s codes have long been disabled. Currently, it’s also difficult to play music in some games because the developers don’t want to risk getting banned. Until there’s a way to resolve this situation, the old Roblox culture is declining.
What do you think about the music bans? Do you believe Adopt Me redemption codes will return? Let us know what you think in the comments section below.
