Get Paramount+ on Your Samsung Smart TV

Make sure that your Samsung smart TV is compatible with Paramount+. If it is, you can start streaming right away. Follow the steps to get Paramount+ on your Samsung smart TV:

  1. If your Samsung TV is properly connected to power and a Wi-Fi connection, you can get the Paramount+ app on your Samsung TV Store.
  2. Use the search button in your Samsung TV Store and find this app. Download it for free.
  3. When the app finishes installing, open it.
  4. Click on Settings at the top-right corner of your screen.
  5. Select Sign in Manually or Sign in with a Code, depending on your preference.

We have tried everything and can’t get Paramount plus to work on our Samsung TV. My husband can get it on his computer. What do we do. Is there a Help number? We are able to stream other services.

Paramount+ has always been buggy and also less compatible with devices than others. You can try adding a cheap Roku device perhaps.

Is it a Samsung TV? It is also possible that it is not compatible with your particular model.

Using the Samsung remote:
Select “Source”
Move down to the search icon
Enter “CBS ALL”
Hit the CBS All Access icon and install the App

CBS All Access will appear behind the Apps icon (look for a square of 4 circles).
